Having trouble staying motivated with a home workout?

It's hard to motivate yourself to exercise at home. Let's face the facts it takes extra motivation to pull yourself away from watching your favorite movie or program or taking a break from your computer work. Remember there are 24 hours in a day and most classes are only 1 hour. Exercising at home there is No driving, No traffic, No rushing to find a parking spot and the stress it's takes just to get to the studio on time. Think of all the extra time you have saved already by rolling away from whatever you are doing and logging into your Livestream class. Seriously it sounds much too easy. Here are a few tips to get you started.



Tips to stay motivated to workout at home:


  1. Set up an exercise calendar/schedule with reminder workouts.

  2. Make yourself adhere to that schedule.

  3. Block off time in your real life/work calendar.

  4. Make time for self-care

  5. Create a dedicated space to workout. ...

  6. Stop with your excuses.

  7. Invite your zoom friends to join you.

  8. Push yourself and soon it will become a routine to your weekly schedule.

  9. Set personal goals and rewards.

  10. Love yourself first.
