Meet Carolyn Rose, BSN, MBA, ERYT 500
Founder of Yoga World Fitness.
Certified in Bikram 200 hour teacher training.
Certified Yoga Sculpt & Extensions, Vinyasa Flow and Advance Yoga Anatomy. I am currently studying to receive my certification as a nutritional coach and soon my PHD in business communications. I have extensive understanding of the human body and psyche. With my nursing background I aim to bring ease and mobility to the body, giving you added strength and flexibility you never thought you had.The road of yoga is endless - it all starts with a pose and a thought, and expands into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth. I value each and every person who joins my class and I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals. Most importantly have fun!
Dr. Melba Stetz, RYT 500
Melba was born in Puerto Rico and has been in fitness her whole life. Her parents were in health (a Sports Medicine Doctor and a Dietitian). While in the U.S. ARMY, she always tried to stay fit and even used to “max her PT test”. In 2014, after 30 years as a Research Psychologist (prior service, combat veteran) Dr. Stetz retired in Hawaii. In 2017, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and undergo a double-mastectomy followed by chemotherapy and radiation. After many health complications, in 2021 she decided to remove her implants and is finally joining us again! Melba coaches and empower people through her private practice. She also teaches Psychology for the Hawaii Pacific University. Her formal fitness background includes: Zumba (Basic, Advanced, Toning, Gold, Chair), Cardio-kickboxing,Yoga Sculpt. Currently, she has completed her 500-hour certification in the Kaivalya Yoga Method.
Leticia Rodriguez, RYT 200
Meet Leticia Rodriguez , RYT 200 Certified 200 hour Yoga Instructor.
Her specialty is trauma-sensitive Yoga. She is a Certified Warriors at Ease Level 1 Instructor and Warrior at Ease Level 2 trained Instructor. She teaches Trauma Sensitive Yoga at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Also she’s teaches live stream yoga classes for beginners.
Her plan is to open a Yoga retreat in Oahu in August 2023 to support individuals who suffered emotional trauma. She is registered and a member of the Yoga Alliance.
Leticia hopes to empower beginners to make yoga part of their lifestyle and help them to have a better understanding of the body - mind connection.
Anjali, RYT 500
Anjali is a certified 500 HR Yoga Teacher. She has completed graduation for additional 40-HR Trauma-informed yoga certification. Anjali is also a certified BollyX cardio 1 and LIT dance instructor. Anjali teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Power Vinyasa, Vin-Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra and Gentle Yoga . She has practiced meditation, Svadhyay and Yoga since her childhood .
She has also stayed at Sivananda yoga Center and Anubhuti Meditation Center in San Francisco to experience and learn different forms of Yoga and meditation. She is fluent in English, Hindi and has studied Sanskrit . Anjali has completed her M.phil in Computer applications from IIT, India and is a master in Mathematics.
Anjali believes that meditation and yoga has the power to heal people and help them become a much stronger version of themselves. She feels blessed to be a part of the Yoga community. She strives to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment for her students and believes that the road to well-being should be accessible to all and is for everyone to benefit.
Ashley Snizek, RYT 500
Meet Ashley Snizek, BFA, RYT 500, Certified breath work and mindfulness coach. I am so excited to be offering gentle/beginner yoga as well as restorative to all of you, I can’t wait for you to join me! I am a member of the Yoga Alliance; I have been practicing yoga for several years and know the benefits first hand yoga has on the mind and body and I wanted to share that. I am known as The Migraine Yogini™. I developed a migraine yoga™ program as I was suffering debilitating migraines and have an autoimmune condition. I wanted to be able to lessen the potency and frequency of my flares and to help fellow sufferers of migraines, stress and anxiety do the same with theirs. I am also a certified kids yoga instructor and have a children's and tween/teen yoga business called Hang Loose Kids Yoga. I want to help start the kids learning about yoga, healthy lifestyle and their bodies and minds in a fun and interactive way. When I teach my gentle and restorative sessions, my goal is for you to feel great about yourself and be able to connect with yourself and take much needed time for you! Let’s practice together and get you feeling great, refreshed, and relaxed!
