Meet Carolyn Rose, BSN, MBA, ERYT 500

 Founder of Yoga World Fitness 4 ever Free Livestream Yoga Classes for all levels. 

I am certified in Bikram 200-hour teacher training.

Certified Yoga Sculpt & Extensions, Vinyasa Flow, and Advance Yoga Anatomy. I am currently in the doctorate program at Chaminda University, Hawaii. 

I have an extensive understanding of the human body and psyche. With my nursing background, I aim to bring ease and mobility to the body, giving you added strength and flexibility you never thought you had. The road of yoga is endless - it all starts with a pose and a thought and expands into a never-ending path of self-discovery and growth. I value each person who joins any of our yoga classes. I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals. Most importantly, have fun!

Rashita YT 500

Rashita, originally from Singapore and now residing in Bend, Oregon, brings over 10 years of yoga expertise to Yoga World Fitness. Committed to teaching yoga at its core, she focuses on precise poses, mindful breathing, and meditation, offering a transformative experience that leaves you feeling balanced and relaxed. In her supportive space, Rashita encourages self-awareness and inner peace both on and off the mat

Leticia Rodriguez, RYT 200

Meet Leticia Rodriguez , RYT 200 Certified 200 hour Yoga Instructor. 

Her specialty is trauma-sensitive Yoga. She is a Certified Warriors at Ease Level 1 Instructor and Warrior at Ease Level 2 trained Instructor. She teaches Trauma Sensitive Yoga at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Also she’s teaches live stream yoga classes for beginners.

Her plan is to open a Yoga retreat in Oahu in August 2023 to support individuals who suffered emotional trauma. She is registered and a member of the Yoga Alliance. 

Leticia hopes to empower beginners to make yoga part of their lifestyle and help them to have a better understanding of the body - mind connection.

Kiaya, RYT 200

Kiaya was born and raised in Camarillo California and recently moved to Colorado to complete her Bachelor's Degree in integrative health and wellness. She was a competitive dancer for 16 years but once she graduated high school her path changed. She began to explore the world of natural medicine, herbs, and holistic health. She knew this is what she was being called to do and decided to change her career path to study all things herbs and more. 

As Kiaya has learned to ground and center herself more, she has been able to connect more with yoga and many different techniques. She is very passionate about what she does and she wants to spread love, energy, and light through each one of her classes. Kiaya is a Reiki practitioner and is trauma informed. She incorporates all of that power into the different classes she teaches. On the mat Kiaya loves to incorporate meditation, breathwork and take time to tap into the powerful energy we each hold as an individual. Kiaya is passionate about helping each individual have their own experience on the mat no matter what level they are at.

Ashley Snizek, RYT 500

Ashley Snizek, BFA, RYT 500, Certified breath work and mindfulness coach. I am so excited to be offering gentle/beginner yoga as well as restorative to all of you, I can’t wait for you to join me!  I am a member of the Yoga Alliance; I have been practicing yoga for several years and know the benefits first hand yoga has on the mind and body and I wanted to share that.  I am known as The Migraine Yogini™.  I developed a migraine yoga™ program as I was suffering debilitating migraines and have an autoimmune condition.  I wanted to be able to lessen the potency and frequency of my flares and to help fellow sufferers of migraines, stress and anxiety do the same with theirs. I am also a certified kids yoga instructor and have a children's and tween/teen yoga business called Hang Loose Kids Yoga. 

I want to help start the kids learning about yoga, healthy lifestyle and their bodies and minds in a fun and interactive way.  When I teach my gentle and restorative sessions, my goal is for you to feel great about yourself and be able to connect with yourself and take much needed time for you!  Let’s practice together and get you feeling great, refreshed, and relaxed!
