I am also a certified kids yoga instructor and have a children's and tween/teen yoga business called Hang Loose Kids Yoga. I want to help start the kids learning about yoga, healthy lifestyle and their bodies and minds in a fun and interactive way.  When I teach my gentle and restorative sessions, my goal is for you to feel great about yourself and be able to connect with yourself and take much needed time for you!  Let’s practice together and get you feeling great, refreshed, and relaxed!
