Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Yoga World Fitness does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, undergarments, bathing suites, soiled yoga ware which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
At Yoga World Fitness because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt.
Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging.
Altered apparel, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, undergarments and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 10 days of purchase.
Yoga World Fitness reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
