Yoga's incorporation of meditation and breathing can help improve a person's mental well-being. Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration.
BALANCE
Yoga focuses on breathing which has a stimulating effect on your hormones and endocrine system. It has been said that inverted poses such as headstand, handstand and shoulder stand are beneficial to your thyroid, heart, hormones and lungs.

Yoga World Fitness started during the COVID-19 pandemic, founded by Carolyn Rose, who gave live stream classes for people to carry on with their personal development and fitness goals. With other wonderful yoga and fitness teachers, we provide various livestream zoom yoga and fitness classes to help the community maintain a healthy lifestyle.
